Welcome to my HSV-2 Treatment using Synergy Pharmaceuticals’ supplement and diet protocol. In this post, you will learn about Synergy Pharmaceuticals, HSV 2, and the strict diet that I will be doing for a course of 6 months in hopes of ridding my body of the herpes virus.
What Is HSV-II?
HSV-2 stands for herpes simplex virus. It is also called HSV-II and is commonly called (and stigmatized) as genital herpes. It is a sexually transmitted infection that of which is viral in nature and as of today, is an incurable disease.
What Are The Symptoms of HSV-II?
Sometimes, HSV-2 is asymptomatic. Meaning, people who have it do not even know they have the virus because sometimes there are no signs or symptoms at all. However, if the virus gets activated, one of the signs and symptoms of HSV-2 is a blister on the genital area called a herpes lesion. When someone has an active outbreak, transmission is at its highest.
Who Is Synergy Pharmaceuticals?
Synergy Pharmaceuticals is a naturopathic-driven company that focuses on eradicating the incurable herpes virus for good. They have formulated a proprietary blend of vitamins and minerals that when taken in combination with their suggested diet, will eradicate the herpes virus in the human body for good. It is the first of its kind and is not yet fully disseminated to the world. They have been featured in Bloomberg, The London Post, and World News Network.
My HSV-II Treatment
Just like any other clinical trial, I am doing one for myself. I call it “biohacking” and if you search for the term itself, you will see that it means it’s a do-it-yourself biology involving self-experimentation. As we all know, HSV-2 is an incurable infection. There is no known cure for it and there is no medicine to eradicate it. You can suppress the outbreaks, but you can’t eliminate it from your body. However, when I heard of Synergy Pharmaceuticals’ HSV-2 treatment, I immediately wanted to try it for myself. What have I to lose, right?
A Little Bit of History
I do not know where and with whom I contracted the disease. All I know was that I was tested by my then primary care physician and when the results came back, I was just dumbfounded. First of, the stigma that this disease has is overwhelming for a newly diagnosed girl like me. I never thought that I would contract such incurable infection because I did not have that many partners in my life. However, I knew one of them cheated on me and the others, I was simply not their first.
So, tracing who has it is basically searching for a needle in a haystack at this point. I tried to reconnect with them to tell them of such news, but to less avail.
Why Blog About A Sensitive Topic?
Honestly, I don’t really care if someone I know is made aware that I am infected. I want them to open up their eyes and see me for who I am, and hopefully accept me for what I have. If not, they are not worthy to be in my life. People need to stop stigmatizing the disease. It’s just like being infected with the chickenpox, only you get it from sexual intercourse. 🤷♀️
Now Back to HSV-2 Treatment
So, I decided to try Synergy Pharmaceuticals’ Combination Herpes Treatment which is worth $179 for a 6-month supply. It is coming from Australia, so I had to pay about $20 for postage. I received the product in about 2-3 weeks and am pretty nervous about the treatment course. In order for this HSV-2 treatment to work, I need to follow a strict diet protocol and eliminate a lot of food from my diet such as garlic, onions, nuts, and some really delicious fruits. 👀
For 6 months, I will be in agony once I start the HSV-2 treatment. Most importantly, I will have to avoid foods that are high in arginine because apparently, this triggers herpetic outbreaks in a lot of people.
With the Combination Herpes Treatment, I am taking Rhodiola, Tribulus, L-Lysine, Astragalus, and the Unique Amino Formula everyday for 6 months in conjunction with a stricter diet that I would try to follow.
My HSV-II Treatment Progress
I started my treatment today. I take 1 capsule of each supplement daily. I take them with food and I take the Astragalus, Rhodiola, and Tribulus in the morning. I take the Unique Amino Formula and the L-Lyisne at night before dinner coupled with Zinc supplement.
I have finished the course of my 6-month therapy from Synergy Pharmaceuticals.
I had my blood drawn for HSV-II testing at Planned Parenthood. I was informed they do not have igg measurement/indices, just a positive or negative result. However, when results came back, I was able to see my index.
And now for the finale. Please take a look at my results below. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work for me.

And there you have it guys. Thanks for staying with me for the last 6 months and I truly appreciate all the support everyone has given me! I don’t really know what happened to the company. I am pretty sure they said that because of Covid-19, they had to shut down their operations because it has impacted their business negatively. However, I think that it’s not just that. There could be legal issues behind it as well because of their claims and whatnots, but it’s safe to say that their treatment did not work for me.
